Terms of Service.

A short set of rules for using this site and the Nibble waitlist. We've kept the legalese to a minimum.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website at nibbleapp.co and the Nibble waitlist (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service — it's that simple.

The Service is operated by Nibble ("we," "us," "our").

2. The waitlist

The Nibble app is in development. Joining the waitlist means:

• It's free. You will not be charged anything.
• You're letting us email you when Nibble launches.
• You may receive occasional updates about the app's progress (no more than once a month).
• You can unsubscribe or request deletion of your data at any time.

Joining the waitlist does not guarantee you access to the app on launch. We may onboard users in waves, prioritise certain regions, or close the waitlist entirely. We'll do our best to give the earliest signups the earliest access.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to join the waitlist. By submitting the form you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

4. Acceptable use

When using the Service, you agree not to:

• Submit fake, automated, or bulk waitlist entries.
• Use someone else's email address without their permission.
• Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt the underlying systems (Supabase, Cloudflare).
• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

We reserve the right to remove any waitlist entry that violates these rules and to block abusive IP addresses.

5. Intellectual property

The Nibble name, logo, brand assets, copy, visual design, and code on this site are owned by us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.

Open-source components (Three.js, GSAP, Google Fonts) are used under their respective licenses.

6. User-submitted content

The "biggest challenge with saved lists" field on the waitlist form is optional and free-text. By submitting a response, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use that text internally to inform product decisions. We will not publish it with your name attached without your explicit permission.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We don't guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly secure. We make no promises about when (or whether) the Nibble app will launch, what features it will include, or how it will perform.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nibble will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total aggregate liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you've paid us — which, for the waitlist, is zero.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited (e.g. for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service, or remove your waitlist entry, at any time and for any reason. You may leave the waitlist at any time by emailing info@nibbleapp.co.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute relating to these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be flagged at the top of this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the revised Terms.
